SUBSCRIBING TO THIS SERVICE

Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform the Financial Broadcasting Network of the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until the Financial Broadcasting Network is notified by and acknowledged by email (email to: services@financialbroadcastingnetwork.com) of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration. You may cancel a channel or service at anytime, but it is your responsibility to initiate the cancellation (email: services@financialbroadcastingnetwork.com) and to follow-up if your cancellation request is not acknowledged by email. You must give us AT LEAST 1 WEEK notice for cancellations PRIOR to your channel or service subscription renewal date. Cancellations initiated within this 1 week period will be billed for the next subscription period.

If notice is received by the Financial Broadcasting Network from the user to turn off future billings, this only prevents future billings and does not entitle the client to full or partial refund. All billings, both the initial and all subsequent billings are prepaid and non-refundable.

Unless and until auto-renewal is turned off by eMail the Subscriber hereby authorizes the Financial Broadcasting Network or its Agents to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing (monthly, quarterly or yearly) cost of channel or service subscription.

All membership terms begin on the subscriber's signup date and are based on 30 a day months and years (12 months).  .

All memberships are prepaid for the stated billing cycle. The Financial Broadcasting Network does not issue refunds for unused portions of channel or service subscriptions.

ALL TRADING INVOLVES RISK OF LOSS.
